It’s the idea that the result is greater than the sum of its parts. In other words, one plus one equals three (or four, or five). That’s a pretty powerful concept if you really think about it.
An idea like this really emphasizes the importance of community.
Something special happens when people come together to stretch each other creatively. There’s a synergy that happens resulting in something more special than anything you could’ve created on your own. Imagine the church (meaning us… the people, not the organization) coming together to develop and implement a creative vision… um, yeah… wow!
