One event that I’ve been looking forward to for months is The Idea Camp event in Washington D.C. on Compassion and Justice. Over the last couple of months, I’ve featured some things here to help prepare for this big event…
- the idea camp: compassion and justice
- creative writing challenge: compassion edition
- creative writing challenge: justice edition
But now on the weekend of the event, I am ‘live’ blogging the entire event as it is broadcast over the web! Check out the posts on each of the sessions that I’m attending online:
- opening session
- missions in the burbs with dave ferguson
- in but not of the movement(s) with j. mark brinkmoeller
- evening general session
- jesus wants to save christians with don golden
- morning general session
- a conversation on home(less) with mark horvath and shannon moriarty
- closing session
I’ll be blogging these posts during the sessions, so some of them may be a little rough. But it is my hope that the this helps continue some of this amazing conversation online.
Here are a few additional resources that might help you get into this whole event…
- Watch live on Twubs
- Follow @theideacamp on Twitter
- Join the community (and if you do, then be sure that you friend me)
This is great, thanks!
Thanks Paul! I'm really enjoying the conference and putting together these posts! Great stuff!
