I can remember sitting on my grandma’s lap as a very young child, listening to the words and looking at the pictures as she read me story after story.
As an older child, I would frequently say, “Mommie, tell me a story.”
And then there’s the time my mom caught me sitting in the crib with my younger sister, reading her a story and showing her the pictures.
Stories make up our lives. Not only when we are children, but as we become teenagers and even as adults.
I recently had the opportunity to talk with independent musician Heatherlyn about her newest album, Storydwelling. She graciously shared a little bit of the history behind the album and encourages us all to share stories with one another.
Take a look:
Storydwelling officially releases today. It is an incredible album, filled with great music and powerful stories. If you’re a music fan, I definitely encourage you to check it out!
