    This well was a prized possession of this family in Kenya. I just couldn't imagine drinking, bathing, and cooking with that water though… Regardless of what I thoughtm these guys were very fortunate! Amazing difference in perspective!

    Now if you'l excuse me, I need to go get a glass of water from the faucet in my kitchen…

    I am saddened by seeing this. when we waste water we easily get from faucets some people suffer using this well.

    The crazy thing about this is that they consider themselves extremely blessed to have this, while most Americans would have the same response that you did… that they have to 'suffer' with this…

    It almost makes me feel guilty for taking a shower…
