[serialposts]Like many other bloggers, I’m still learning the art of telling great stories. And like many bloggers, my heart is to connect with other people online. I know that I have a story to tell, but what are the most important things for me to consider as I begin to share it?

In the last part of my conversation with novelist Mary DeMuth (about her new book The Muir House), I ask her for some tips on telling great stories.

And honestly, her answer doesn’t really surprise me. If you are familiar with Mary’s writing, then you know some things about her life… particularly some tough things. And that’s what people connect with the most in our stories.

If you tell stories in any form want to connect with people deeply, then check out what Mary shares here…
